We endeavour to make your custom designing process as hassle free, intuitive and fun as possible. But please note that the styles reflected on the model in the App, while being as close to the real blouse as possible, will not be a 100% accurate in their depictions. While we are constantly striving to make the experience better for you, please go through the disclaimers given below:
Please note that the LENGTHS and the CUTS will not reflect on the mannequin at this point in time. All blouses will be shown with a predetermined Length and Cut.
Please note that the ADD ONs options will not reflect on the model.
All the options chosen by you on our blouse design App will be crafted and included in the final product delivered to you.
Please note that we reserve the right to alter the measurements given if incorrectly chosen.In case we feel that the measurement is incorrect. We will contact the customer before proceeding with the order. And the order date will be considered placed only from the day we reach the said customer.
Depending on the fabric texture, elasticity and transparency - we might have to change the construction of the garment.
Alternatively the customer will be called if the fabric choice is not appropriate for the chosen specifications.
Please note that if sending in your best fitting blouse is your preferred choice for measurement,
your order will be considered placed on the day your ‘best fitting blouse’ is received.
Lining could be picked by us based on the customers given fabric . Ex: If the customer picked an embellished fabric which is pokey on the wrong side, but opted for no lining.
We reserve the right to add lining in such cases keeping the practicality of construction and the comfort of the customer in mind.
In case the customer sends their best fitted blouse for sizing. All the required measurements will be taken from that blouse and stored in our database under the customers profile. In case the style chosen by the customer is such that we cannot get one particular necessary measurement for that blouse from the given (best fitted) blouse.
We will contact the customer for approval of the measurement chosen by us.
At Stitchoo, each order is custom made to your specifications and your design. Hence, we do not accept cancellations on your order once it has been placed. In case of a regular 10 day delivery, you could try to cancel within 24 hours and we may oblige under special circumstances.
We accept Returns and Remakes, within 15 days of your order delivery, if the product is in an unworn condition .In the rare case where an alteration of the blouse is not possible. We offer to Remake it from scratch using the same design and fabric (based on availability). Please log in to your account and apply for a remake within 15 days of receiving your order and our customer service will contact you by the end of the next working day. We reserve the right to deny a Remake in cases where alteration is possible. Remakes are applicable - one time only, for every single order.
One free alteration will be provided by us - free of charge - for every single blouse order that is placed. Amount availed as refunded CREDITs to your account cannot be claimed as cash or as a refund back to your bank, once you have accepted the return for store credits.
For the most accurate alteration or a remake, we recommend you to call our support and inform about the alteration also send alteration request from Stitchoo app.
After each blouse has been constructed as per the customers specifications. Our QC will check each measurement of the finished blouse against the measurements specified by the customer using any of the three methods - 1) Standard sizes 2) Send in your best fitted blouse OR 3) Add measurements.
If the measurements provided by the customer and the measurement of the finished blouse tally. But the customer still wants an alteration - such an alteration will be provided by us one time as a goodwill gesture towards the customer.
Please note that alterations and remakes will be approved after verifying each case.
We only promise the closest possible view on mannequins for you to visualise your order before it is placed. Please note that some details like piping, borders, tassels and lining do not reflect on the mannequin for your selected blouse design.
While designing your bespoke blouse, please note that the blouse design shown on the mannequin is for representation and when your actual blouse is custom made for you, there may be slight differences to the represented image.
Each order is custom made and hand crafted as per your unique specifications, so that you can have a blouse like no other and hence we take 10 (working) days to deliver your order or 5 (working) days in case of rush delivery.
The average delivery time for our regular orders is 10 days. With an option to upgrade to rush delivery taking 5 days. Our rush delivery option comes at an added cost of Rs. 300.
Your order will be considered placed from the DAY we receive your Fabric and NOT from the day your order is placed.
Stitchoo Technologies maintains these delivery schedules except in situations, events or circumstances, which are beyond our control ( the customer is not available, production delays, public holidays and bundhs, adverse weather conditions, mistakes in delivery information, legal procedures). If the estimated date of delivery is on a weekend, the delivery will most likely arrive on the following Monday
We provide a free pick-up and delivery service for only first alteration, remakes and returns .
Please note that the pick-up service for alterations, remakes or returns can be availed only a single time for every order placed. For second alteration you will have to pay Rs.100 for pickup and delivery charges.
Depending on your choice of neck designs, length and Add Ons chosen, our interactive pricing will keep changing as you pick your options for your custom made blouse. Our prices are VAT inclusive.
Please note that we do not store payment related information in stitchoo app for security reasons.
COD facility will not be available for RUSH orders.
Second time defaulters on Cash On Delivery might be not be permitted to order Cash On Delivery with us again. We reserve the right to suspend the Cash On Delivery option for a particular customer in such a case.
